A former corporate partner at Dentons, DLA Piper, and Baker McKenzie, Jayshree is a specialist in cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and investments. Recognised by Arabian Business among the Most Influential Women in the Middle East and by the American Lawyer as the youngest female Asian lawyer to manage an international law firm, she is trusted for her technical expertise, commercial pragmatism, and ability to navigate complex international transactions and market expansions.
Beyond her client advisory work, Jayshree is the host of a legal podcast and author of a personal blog, where she shares insights on law, business, and strategy. She is also dual qualified as both an advocate and solicitor (England and India).
