You agree to indemnify and hold THINC, its partners, counsels, legal directors, senior associates, associates, paralegals, trainee solicitors, trainees, legal interns, administration staff, successors in interest, employees, agents, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against THINC by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website.

If we are unable to resolve any such dispute within a reasonable time, then the parties shall refer such dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
